CINEMA-31 : Kyo Kusanagi as a kid (Sean Faris) is nearly just died at the hands of his own father. Kyo's father did not want his son influenced to become a fighter. As a result, Kyo coma. When awake, Kyo just feel the anger and confusion but that is not the worst since the conflict that Kyo would bear the destruction of the world.
Rugal Bernstein (Ray Park) had a single obsession. He wants to become the best fighter in the world. In executing the plan, Rugal never had doubts. All who stand in his way must be destroyed, by any means. One way to do Rugal is to hold a martial tournament known as the King of Fighters.
Kyo now had no choice but to face Rugal and thwart all plans Rugal barbaric. Kyo did not own. Iori Yagami (Will Yun Lee) and Mai Shiranui (Maggie Q) who will accompany Kyo save the world.
